The official launch of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is set for February 11, 2020 and concurrently with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip
An official marketing poster for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra has appeared online, showing the back of the upcoming handset in two different colors.
Posted on Twitter by Ishan Agarwal, featuring the S20 Ultra in black and gray variants. You can also clearly see four camera units on the back of the phone, previously rumored to consist of a 108-megapixel main camera, a 10x 48-megapixel telephoto, a very wide 12-megapixel telephoto, and a time-of-flight sensor (ToF).
The first Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Official Poster! Both shades look pretty good. Also, the Galaxy Z Flip. Both are gonna be pretty expensive phones, though. Which one would you get? #GalaxyZFlip #GalaxyS20Ultra #GalaxyS20Series #Samsung #UNPACKED #GalaxyUNPACKED pic.twitter.com/pfqybnhLvM

There is also confirmation that the S20 Ultra will activate 5G network mode.
The truth is not yet known, whether the phone will have two Ultra versions, one 5G and one 4G. Maybe that happens for different countries. But surely many people will be surprised if a premium handset like this is not equipped with 5G network mode as standard in countries like Korea, the US and the UK.
We will see later, as to whether the high-end cellphone reportedly costs thousands of US dollars.
