Liverpool manager Klopp said his team was “unbelievable” when Firmino extended their lead at the top of the Premier League to 16 points from second-placed Manchester City and the Reds still had one match pending.

Jurgen Klopp praised Liverpool’s’ perfect reaction ‘for beating Wolves’ defense when Roberto Firmino scored in the final minutes of the match.

In the 8th minute, Jordan Henderson successfully led the match at Molineux. But Wolves equalized after the break when Adama Traore gave Raul Jimenez a pass and was put to good use.

Goal from Raul Jimenez is the first goal that managed to break through Liverpool in the league. It is known that Liverpool have never conceded in their last seven matches in the Premier League.

The Reds were greatly helped by the brilliant game of goalkeeper Alisson who made several saves. As a result Klopp’s troops were still able to record their 22nd win in 23 League matches to continue their journey to the club’s first title in 30 years. In six minutes of normal time remaining, Firminho managed to bury Wolves’ dreams through his left foot to be able to win or draw against Liverpool at home.

Klopp said: “We cannot get a second or third goal when we are in front, which means everything is open and it becomes intense. Wolves are very different from everything you face. We are not looking for perfection, we are looking for the perfect reaction if it is possible . “.

On the other hand Liverpool lost one of the key players, namely Sadio Mane because of an injury in the first round. Takumi Minamino replaced him and became his first debut in the Premier League with Liverpool.

“We lost Sadio, that’s the pressure I have. He felt something on the hamstring but we don’t know yet,” Klopp said of Mane.

Liverpool have won their last 14 league matches and are the third team to have recorded 40 matches unbeaten in the Premier League and this makes them 16 points ahead at the top.
