It is known that Neymar has played in Barcelona from 2013 to 2017 and started his transfer to the big French club, PSG in 2017 which set a world record with the highest transfer amount of £ 228 million.
He spent three years in the French capital, but rumors of his return to Barcelona have been bustling for years.
Many believe he will return to Spain last summer, but the transfer did not take place. There is no official proof of the transfer they made and the statement was made is a very strange thing.
